The imposter syndrome is the feeling that you are going to be found out. That it won’t be long before people discover that you actually don’t know what you’re doing. “Imposter” means fraud. And many people suffer from it, both women and men. The imposter syndrome makes it harder for you to contribute, because you doubt yourself too much and don’t reach your full potential. That’s a shame, because your ideas about yourself are probably not entirely accurate. You don’t always have to suffer from it, but maybe you recognize that you sometimes struggle with these thoughts. Well, a lot of people experience this, and if you want to work on it and deal with it more lightly, you can join this webinar.
What you will take away from this session:
- What imposter syndrome is, that you are not alone, and more interesting facts from research;
- How to recognize imposter thoughts and feelings earlier, and how to make sure they have less grip on you;
- How you can support yourself to feel stronger and more connected.
