Rediscover your strength and focus during an inspiring afternoon where you will deepen and refresh your Leadership Embodiment skills. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer, you will work on strengthening your focus, resilience, and leadership qualities. Through light movement exercises, centering under pressure, and techniques such as working with the three centers (head, heart, and hara), you will experience how relaxation and strength go hand in hand. Everything is tailored to your needs and the dynamics of the group.
This interactive session is especially for advanced participants who have completed Leadership Embodiment Level 1, followed a coaching program, or attended a Leadership Embodiment workshop. The afternoon takes place in Arnhem from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (optional lunch at 12:00 PM) and costs €220 excl. VAT. Book all four afternoons with a 15% discount and pay €187 per afternoon.
