1. Which aspects of this Leadership Journey appeal most to you?

I am looking forward to grow as a management team. The grow should change us from a team who is reacting to much on what is happening during the day to a team who is one or more steps ahead and is really working on the execution of the overall plan. instead of the only in the Daily business (biggest part of the team)

2. On which aspects you still have doubts or questions?

How can we make as a team and individual the step from task orientation to Strategic orientation and execution.
How and what do we have to change as an individual and together with our teams to make this step and reach the next level of management execution.

3. Which aspects of your work and life do you find most fulfilling?

Results / successes - every day a bit better - positive feedback -

4. Which aspects of your work and life do you find most challenging, difficult or tiring?

Handover full responsibilities to the team & be more an strategic leader which is more & more working on strategic actions.

5. Imagine that you don't allow yourself to really engage with this process. What wil it cost you?

negative energy, no growth in personal development,

6. Imagine that you and everybody else fully engages with this process, what might that bring you personally and collectively?

positive energy, team development, personal development, better results in the factory & more ready for the future.

7. What do you most hope will happen through this leadership team journey?

Grow to a more close team, with a real big step away from task oriented behaviour toward strategic execution which is recognized by us, at our own teams & the Dawn Management team, which results in better results for the Steenbergen plant and own development.

8. What is probably needed from you in this process? (Be specific if possible)

be open for feedback (both sides), time spent on development, try and error (accept not all goes well from day 1)
