I am looking forward to grow as a management team. The grow should change us from a team who is reacting to much on what is happening during the day to a team who is one or more steps ahead and is really working on the execution of the overall plan. instead of the only in the Daily business (biggest part of the team)
How can we make as a team and individual the step from task orientation to Strategic orientation and execution.
How and what do we have to change as an individual and together with our teams to make this step and reach the next level of management execution.

At this time point it's a challenge to find a way to combine work with my private life.
There is so much work to do, and therefore it's hard to not think about work when at home.
When the whole team won't be angaged into this process, we will not succeed or improve ourselves as a team. We will go on like we are doing now, and that will cost us energy, but might affect the athmosphere at work as well.
More confidence that we are doing this together as a team.
It will make it easier to ask anyone else for help or advice.
I hope that due to this leadership team journey we will get to know each other more, so that we can communicate better.
But also understand more from each other. In the end everyone is busy.

For me it is important to work from the heart and to enjoy work (and life). It is important for me to build relations and to work on mutual goals, the personal flow is very important for me. I like to achieve results for example filling a vacancy however I also like to stimulate others via workshops, coaching, sparring, working on a project.
The administrative part is not what I like in my work (databases) so is the most challenging.
Besides that I have the feeling that I could add more value to the operations team at this moment.
It will cost me respect of my colleagues and myself.
For me it would bring trust and for the organization it would bring more benefit of my experience.
That it makes clear how we can improve our cooperation and let the organization and its people grow. That we all will be open for feedback, for self-reflection and willing to improve.
