DESCRIPTION:June’s session of the ISCN will feature guest speaker Anouk Brack who will be talking about ‘Leadership Embodiment: Cultivating Presence\, Confidence\, and Compassion’. \n  \nWe will explore how Leadership Embodiment helps leaders\, coaches and their clients cultivate greater presence\, confidence\, and compassion under pressure. Developed by the late Wendy Palmer and rooted in mindfulness and Aikido practices\, this approach offers practical tools to shift from reactivity to a more centered\, resourceful state. By working with posture\, breath\, and an expanded awareness of the space around us\, we can access a leadership presence that is both strong and connected.  Find out why Leadership Embodiment works less with grounding and feelings\, and what is emphasized instead.
